    Firsts thing, no we do not have a contact number in Ebay, that goes without saying. Next, we did contact you, not only did we refund you purchase, we sent you the correct product and you kept the imperial kit. What more could we do? Clearly you meant to leave negative feedback however for whatever reason that was beyond your abilities. There are humans at the end of your purchase, we make mistakes and bent over backwards to rectify that to your satisfaction.
