  I ordered a $117 dollar Steelbook set of the Hobbit Trilogy - item arrived in a thin box with no packaging at all. It subsequently was dented on arrival. Without opening the wrap I sent an image to the seller and asked for a return. As a Steelbook collector I don’t collect dented steelbooks when described and paid for as new. Seller offered me 10 dollars off - I declined and for 3 days have been asking for the seller to approve the return and no response. I would avoid this seller.

  El artículo decía que era nuevo, con caja abierta, en perfectas condiciones. Al abrirlo, estaba todo golpeado, abollado, lleno de rayaduras. Inmediatamente mandé las fotos al vendedor, al recibir el paquete y me contestó que solamente me podía devolver 20 Dlls., cuando el artículo está en muy malas condiciones. Fue un engaño total y después de algunos mensajes, tiene más de una semana de no contestármelos Vivo en México y fui exclusivamente a recoger el paquete, necesito devolución. Ayuda EBAY
