It could not have occurred during shipping. I assumed you missed it before shipping. Your only fix was to mail it back for a refund of the purchase price. I did not want to spend more money on top of the $21.14 for having bought it. I offered to keep the punch if you would send a partial refund. You were not inclined. Sharing my experience is my only option and I will no longer buy from you.

The ornament was well packed, definitely not their issue. They inspected another ornament, added a few packing peanuts and shipped it off to me. They communicated very well.
