    Product arrives packaged well and the first of 3 items I ordered from different retailers that day. Although I find the bottle of shampoo smaller than expected, when I expressed this, the retailer got right back to me. We ve come to a friendly understanding that they can t control Aveda s packaging. Checking Aveda s site I see I paid well under retail for the item. The communication will make me return to this store again, because they are doing business honestly.

    Sorry you are unsatisfied with your purchase price. This was an actual photo of the item, and it is Aveda's full size. It was also 20% below retail. You are welcome to open a free return request.
