However the item was competitively priced and well packaged when it did finally turn up. Annoying as the poor communication and slow turnaround is, I will probably order from this seller again if their products are a good price and I have a third of a month to wait for it to turn up.

I’ve bought from this firm many times and as usual the product is first class and a great price. Unfortunately due to a backlog with the warehouse and an inaccurate “posted” date on eBay delivery was much later than predicted. No problem and the delay was quickly explained when I contacted the firm. Not easy I know but it’s good to keep the customer informed when delays occur.

When the package arrived it was obvious from the labelling, the contents and the list of contents in the bird food that it was not the product I had ordered. I immediately contacted Twootz who have kept insisting that it is the correct product. I have sent photos showing the packaging and contents, they still insist it is the correct product. IT IS NOT. I have asked for a refund.
