    The new in sealed package quality is overall ok with a little corrosion on the metal bolt. Priced to attract buyers like me. The shipping package is adequate being the purchased part is made out of metal and hard to break. The shipped part was in mint condition minus the lite corrosion.     Received wrench, shipping took a little longer than expected, but absolutely not the seller's fault. Post office sent it around Missouri for a few extra days. Very pleased with the condition, much better than they looked in the pictures. Seller also refunded some of the shipping costs, Did not expect that.
