  The item is awesome! It arrived promptly and packaged very well, however when I tested the laser it did not function. Inspection of the packing revealed the laser device was placed in the wrong slot causing the button to be depressed from the time it was packaged until I opened it-about a week. The seller took no responsibility for that and said she shouldn’t have shipped it w/batteries. She did offer refund. The listing DID NOT state that I had to supply batteries. Unclear description.

  While I understood your concern and was doing my best to rectify the situation your concern was unjust. The item was sold "Used, Tested and working" shipping any sort of battery is considered a hazardous material which is why I do not ship batteries. I apologized for the fact that I forgot to take yours out. Upon placing new batteries in the product the item worked fine without issue. You then tried to milk a battery refund out of me for $7 when the item cost $5. Item as described
