Advertised as buy 2 get one free so I ordered 2 in medium size expecting to receive 3 in medium size . When they arrived they sent only 2 and in the small size . On contacting them I was offered a 50% discount not replacing them with what I had actually ordered .
Which makes me think they never had what they advertised they had .
Will definitely want refunding and has put me off ordering off eBay in future .

Not only did it arrive much later than I was told when ordering (expected to arrive between 13th and 15th December and came on 4th January!) But it is encased in plastic and no way of changing the names and message, it literally comes saying 'name 1', etc, and says sample at the bottom. Absolutely fuming
