    Item described as "requires paint has scuff - not cracked or damaged". Arrived damaged beyond repair. I opened a return and sent pictures of the damage - even offering to send to sellers personal email. If item not as described, the seller pays for return postage - this seller didn't want to do that and told me I was a scammer. Ebay had to step in to get my refund

    eBay did not step in we refunded you without a return as we did not want your old crashed grill back which is what you tried to do, For anyone reading please look at the item we sold was clearly listed as damaged and the damage pictured and customer still tried switching with he’s broken grill and return.

    After seeing the sellers reply, it's clear their hobbies include living on a different planet and telling lies.Guys, just beware this seller. Things go wrong from time to time. But selling junk and describing it as "cosmetic damage" is a scam.Ebay saw the damaged item pictures and the sellers communications and refunded me.
