    The loss of a previously purchased item by Evri (Courier Company) prevented me from repairing my tyre, which in turn caused a delay in my MOT. I have mentioned the situation to the seller and provided evidence. Evri lied that there was an attempt to deliver, but nobody was at home (in real life, there wasn't any courier from Evri who attempted to deliver the package like they suggested); after providing evidence from CCTV to the seller, the seller sent a missing replacement and the replacement.
