Item arrived with lid not sealed. 2 small drips. Contacted seller, no offer of return or exchange. Seller showed zero signs of concern.

The photo taken by the delivery driver showed no signs of damage or leakage to the parcel. We asked you what percentage had leaked so we could resolve this and you sent a photo showing 2 minute wet drips by the lid, not even the size of a pea saying ''very small 2 drips as you can see''. As the photo showed 2 WET drips (this product dries within minutes of use) they 100% did not happen in transit, more perhaps done intentionally for the purpose of getting a free replacement!!
