  Absolutely shocking service from ‘Chris’ outright rude & extremely unhelpful, arrogant! I paid for 24hr postage, the customer services department at rogue told me they would only need the reg of the vehicle. 8 days later when I raised a case I was told that I should of sent details of the stud pattern & tyres on the vehicle at the moment by ‘Chris’ he continued to call me ‘a waste of space’ & refused a refund! They have had my money now for 9 days! ‘Chris’ is NOT an asset to your business!

  customer wouldn't provide an email for tracking updates, refused to measure the stud pattern prior to shipping, ignored our messages. this delayed us 7 days, we eventually facetimed the customer and got the order correct (was told the wrong stud pattern initially) luckily we checked. we sent the product, they then turned nasty so we cancelled the order and got the wheels back... avoid this buyer! she is a bloody nightmare, calling my mobile on a Sunday, an awful human being, so rude, avoid
