  I understand that the best of us can have an off day so in that light I will not be the first buyer to post a negative experience. I contacted the seller upon having received an item other than the one depicted and shown in the photos. The seller sent an immediate refund but with no explanation for the discrepancy. On my second contact I was told not to return the item I had received. I would have preferred the correct item but I was refunded fully so it will end there.
