  This is online shopping, and fit errors do happen, and the seller isn't responsible. Everyone has a different body type. I bought gloves for a few pounds and received fast delivery and a quick response after reporting a size issue. The seller exchanged the gloves for a larger size. Very quick response and assistance... no problem. A good seller... cares about their reputation in the business and their small retail customers.   Item arrived as described, reasonable quality for a reasonable price. The packaging however arrived open one end leaving the item hanging out. In my opinion the packaging was adequate for purpose but poorly treated after it was despatched, maybe the seller could tape the item to the inside of the packaging to make it secure?
