Arrived within a week of ordering and is absolutely perfect! It was packaged extremely well (it took me a few mins to get it out of all the bubble wrap haha) but came in a dust bag which was inside a sealed plastic bag. Although there are some tiny imperfections with stitching, it does appear to be the real deal and looks like my other loungefly bags! Would definitely recommend this seller and would buy again 🥰

Apparently sent from Liverpool but returns are to China! Package arrived bashed in on corner due to inadequate packaging as sent in letterbox style box with one thin layer of bubble wrap protecting the Doctor Who figures. Seller finally admitted their packaging is poor after offering £3, £5 & half price refunds. Frustrating to deal with. Finally got full refund but be warned, if something goes wrong, you'll have an uphill climb to get your money back.
