    Did contact Seller with query after helmet arrived however no response. That apart…. Shoei Neotec 3 Helmet was New as described, packaged properly & swiftly sent. I own various Neotec 2’s and this Neotec 3 is fine but in my view, not worth upgrading too if you have the Neo 2 👍

    Arrive quickly and we'll packed but due to post item arrive and plastic case was smashed at the corners, as I am currently in the process of rebuilding my bike I am not quite ready to use the bolt pack so the plastic case was very much needed, spoke to seller and had a partial refund, enough to get a new plastic case, very happy with this, fast response, will recommend 10/10.
