    Did contact Seller with query after helmet arrived however no response. That apart…. Shoei Neotec 3 Helmet was New as described, packaged properly & swiftly sent. I own various Neotec 2’s and this Neotec 3 is fine but in my view, not worth upgrading too if you have the Neo 2 👍
