  To begin with it was ok, but when it came to return the item that is when the problem started. It wasn't easy to get the information to return the item . After a couple of emails I was offered 20% refund really, which worked out about four pounds. I have asked for 40% refund and so far no answer . Will make sure in future that the items I order are from the UK and not abroad,or are from companies I have used previously. Also the order was delayed.
