    The first Item I purchased was faulty out of the box I contacted the seller who immediately sent out a replacement without the need to involve EBay, They also said I had no need to return the faulty item. The replacement arrived and worked perfectly. It’s my opinion that you only find out what is truly good seller is when you need to contact customer service, on this occasion I can honestly say this seller was excellent and I will gladly use again.     Recieved my washer to find it’s the wrong soap bottle, the seller said it was a factory fault they can’t send the correct one , offered me four per cent refund that I refused and have been told to return the item in good condition so they can resell it , unbelievable, do not buy a car washer from this seller you might end up with this one or other peoples washers that you can’t use the soap bottle because it’s the wrong one
