  Pesky seller. I bought a premium item for a premium price. The seller sent a cheap version of the item as a substitute, which I can buy for 99p from my local shop, and is trying to deceive me saying that the two products are the same. This is not true. The seller is making the return and refund process difficult. I am now required to ask eBay to step in. What a waste of time.
