  The item arrived late compared to the date written in the order. The item was new quality but it didn't fit, I sent it back and here the fun begins. I was informed that I didn't send it in the original packaging but I sent it in the original packaging (I have pictures) intact, unused, they said they couldn't send me the money back but not the item. After long discussions they decided to refund the money I received."discussions email" So I don't recommend, an unworthy attitude for an ebay sellers

  Bad customer service. Order stated I would have my item delivered by 30th June at the latest. My car was due to be repaired on 30th June using the part ordered. Upon contacting them they said it was only being posted out that day (30th). Explained car was due to be repaired that day and this would now cause me problems due to them delaying my order. They refused to reimburse me in any way and said return the part once it arrives (at my expense) and they will refund. Part only arrived 2nd July!

  Even though it said my item was dispatched and with Evri for 3 day delivery, after 8 days I emailed this company to ask where my item was. They then emailed me back to tell me the item was not in stock and they will refund my money! Not even an apology! So they were telling me lies then? If I hadn't enquired where my item was, I would have been waiting for ever! Thought I'd try these as they are based in Northampton! No wonder people buy from China! Avoid this company! Awful customer service!
