  Although given a tracking number, there was no information that could be found to locate the order whilst in transit.   The remote was posted through the door so no waiting around. It was packaged in a bubble envelope. It was intact and exactly the same as my old one. The enclosed leaflet mentioned inputing a code after switching on. However, it wasn't needed and worked straight away. So far so good.
