  Item received is exactly as described in the sellers excellent listing. Seller answered a question about this item almost immediately. The item arrived safely and it had obviously been very carefully packaged (in a new rigid box and cushioned by several thick layers of bubblewrap).   I received these yesterday and sadly one had lost her hand but we are over that now. The seller was kind enough to help me out with some compensation and I was very grateful. Nonetheless, the description and packing was very good, they had wrapped them really well. Even though we had the missing hand I would have no hesitation in buying from the sellers if ever they have something I want. Thank you for the great contact and understanding.

  Packaging could be a little better, the books were place in a bag , with the quantity being put in the bag, the weight, the bag damaged a couple of books on the corners. Just for the future to keep in mind, But otherwise good value, as described and postage was correct. Also happy to continue purchasing from this store as it is to a worthy charity.

  Beautiful DVDs as described if not better. Well packaged and got to me safely. One oddity was getting outbid at my top price near deadline and then that being cancelled so I won, but it did mean I ended up paying more. Not sure the seller can so much about that though. Also be aware these come from a big organisation, so they can't be as responsive as a normal seller in terms of posting requests.
