Unfortunately the box was damaged during transit and could have been packaged better to protect the item,& this being a gift for my grandson i was annoyed. i brought this to the attention of the seller & they responded in a very professional manner & took this seriously.to make sure this does not happen in the future to other buyers.They partially refunded me & apologised. Dispatch time 3-5 working days. Had to chase after the 5th day but once it was posted, I received the next day. I guess being such a well known charity, things can get pretty hectic at times so it’s totally understandable. Great communication otherwise and very happy with item.
