  Not great service. Ordered 11 days ago and still not recieved even though add states royal mail 1st class delivery. Did message company for an update but had no reply.

  You ordered on 23 Dec, when the shop was on holiday status. We came back on 5th and still completed the order in 3 working days. Sorry for any inconvenience but production was closed during Christmas Holidays!!
