  Paid full £20 for 2 lots of necklace and full equipment as per the listing, but only received 1 glue and they said because that was enough for the 2 necklaces, but I’m giving the necklace to someone else so I needed 2 lots of everything and I paid for 2 lots of everything, also listings says don’t get cheap toothpick like others but I received toothpicks in mine and when I questioned it they told me it’s a quill. I paid for 2 lots of things but didn’t receive that so should of had refund of £10

  So to clarify and as you confirmed. You DID receive 2 of every accessory item as paid for. You did receive 2 quills as shown in the item image NOT toothpicks. They are in toothpick PACKAGING. Only 1 glue was sent which seals up to 10 items or more, due to it being in a plastic bottle and being as environmentally conscious we only sent one. If you had clarified when messaging me that you needed I would gladly have sent the extra one of course but no reply from you!

  Excellent quality, really thought because the price was so cheap I thought it would be cheaply made but I was very pleasantly surprised, it was gorgeous and the seller was very helpful and the only thing I would suggest is the seller offer an 'optional' gift box, as I would think these are more than likely bought as gifts I couldn't find any boxes on the internet which werevlong enough for the brand new gift I bought for my nephew but apart from that I would highly recommend the seller 😊
