    I ordered 2 double packs (i.e. 4 items in total) but only two arrived, which were fine and arrived quickly in good order. Communication was not good when contacting the seller (no reply), seller only answered when I raised the issue that the second item did not arrive. However, once done seller refunded promptly. I have had better customer service but overall the transaction went well.

I did receive a response from the seller the following day, which by that time I had managed to sort out. This would not put me off using the seller again. The item was in good condition, good quality and value for money.

    a good honourable ebayer.. the item was dropped into royal mail without payment by a courier skiving off their delivery obligation.. the consequence is that there was a £7 under postage demand from royal mail which I declined to pay as p&p was free.. . the company gave me a full refund without hassle,
