  I had ordered an 8.5mm drill bit but received an 8mm drill bit instead. Got in touch with seller regarding this (including photos) and received a quick and courteous apology with a promise to send out the correct drill that very day. Sure enough the very next day I received the correct bit. (Thank you Louise). Mistakes can happen with any company, it's how they sort them out that counts.   there were problems with delivery agents , goods never recived , but the very swift responce of the seller tends to make me think they are decent its good to think that if things go wrong (sometimes they do) then the seller trader will act in a decent way which they did , not wanting to put a bad mark agaist their trading so its 5 star very safe teader/seller to deal with
