I ordered a random colour and got a black carrier. The carrier comes flat packed. When taken out of its packaging the carrier takes the shape as seen in the displayed images and stays up without any issues. It had a very strong "new item" smell to it, this dissipated after a few days of being unpacked. It feels well made and all the zips work fine. I'm sure the cat will hate it once she realises it's how she gets to the vets. Delivery on time. Happy with this purchase. Would buy again, thank you
