  The spray itself is great but the lids seem to break during transit. Not the seller's fault as I've had the same problem with other seller's even though it was well packaged. Great communication with seller & 20% refund given no problem, as the product had leaked a bit during transit. Have suggested taping the lids to the cans to stop them splitting.

  They didn’t send the item, had to email a few times before they’d even reply for a refund, don’t use this seller

  we did send the item and it went missing in post , we have provided the tracking number which shows that its still processing, we could not offer a replacement as it was our last piece so therefore we have issued a refund.

  Arrived on time, however the hair colour was 6 months out of date (December 2024) I contacted the seller however did not even receive the courtesy of a reply! I would not recommend purchasing from this seller

  we have replied to your message and the date you are reading is manufacturing date not an expiry date, the item have 5 years shelf life after the date of manufacturing, if you are still not happy then please send the item back for full refund, we will issue a postage label for return. Thank you.

  Waited 2 weeks no products received got in touch asked to wait 1-2 days while contacted Royal Mail! So contacted them again saying still not received now 3 weeks later still not got and buyer not even responded. Will let eBay step in. Wouldn’t use again
