    I was a bit disappointed when my chair arrived as I didn’t realise the back had to be reclined in order to have the foot rest up. But having checked the description on eBay it is as per the photos. I emailed the seller and they replied promptly explaining how I get the foot rest up. It is a very comfortable chair.
