    Asked for silicon lolly moulds, got sent water flutes. Was told would receive replacement and 2 weeks later nothing. Would avoid issuing again in future. Communications are terrible as get told lies and eBay just as bad for not giving refund as I “received” a package even though it not what was ordered

    Nothing wrong with the item or the listing. Problem arises with delivery. It took ages, not the stipulated couple of days. The seller uses EVRI and certainly in our area EVRI are hopeless. Tracking kept indicating it was out for delivery…then delivery would be cancelled. Repeat. It’s not really the sellers fault other than the fact they use EVRI. It may be cheap but perhaps there’s a reason for that. I have no issue with any of the other courier firms.
