    Parcel arrived on time. There was a little damage to the box but the item was packaged well. One part was missing, so there was a delay before I could put them together. Customer service was very good, prompt in replying and I was able to give the part number that was missing. They responded quickly and polite and organised a replacement, which arrived in a few days. Very good communication. Easy to put together. Lovely padded, comfortable chairs with a good seat size and good weight limit.

    Fantastic, excellent, sturdy quality cat tree, big enough for two cats. Delivery a bit confusing, was told it got lost in transit then re sent? The tracking wasn't reliable. This parcel arrived a few days later than tracking suggested and it still says in transit? My advise, yes buy from this seller, great quality item, good service, but don't rely on the yodel tracking information.

    Bed is great, exactly as described and for a great price. However, delivery was appalling company XDP gave me an hour warning and I was magically expected to teleport home after them being 5 days overdue. The seller was nothing but kind and helpful.
