  I had some issues with my delivery address and the seller was very helpful and communicated regularly to make sure I received the product without any issues. Would buy from them again for sure. The bed frame itself came packaged very well, is of high quality and is obviously new. Everything needed for assembly has been included and has been labelled / numbered and the instruction booklet is very easy to follow, was able to build it with no help in an hour or so. Excellent product, looks great.
