I needed to replace mine as it had been smashed and this was perfect and much cheaper than Audi retail prices aswell!     Item as described :-) Highly recommended seller. .......One of the plastic components in the rood rack kit was defective (ie. not moulded properly). Mick's Garage got the manufacturer to send me a replacement part from Italy, which arrived in about 10 days. Roof rack is now fine :-)
