    Item was listed as a i5 but when it arrived it has a i3 installed. Asked for a partial refund to replace the i3 with a i5 but this wasnt offered. Seller did offer a refund for returning but this is a bigger inconvenience.

As you mentioned we offered a full refund, which would of also included the postage fees to return the item.
