  Ordered the Echo Spot 2024 but unfortunately was damaged before being dispatched. Company communicated with me in a prompt and timely manner and refund received within 2 days. Would definitely consider using this company again as their prices were very competitive and offered at the time of my purchase free postage.

  Seller explained they are NOT drop shipping from amazon, they are simply using their 3rd party warehousing and fulfilment as it s great value, and seller only has a small warehouse. However, this does not explain the standard a gift from... slip in with the package. Nor does it explain the other slip, which says Thank You For Shopping At Amazon.co.uk! . Not sure what s actually going on here, hence neutral feedback.

  Hi Jeff - we are a small UK seller with a small warehouse. We use their Warehousing for some of our stock and their delivery service as its good value and helps us get our products to our customers on or before time. I'm really not sure why you got those slips in your packaging. I hope you were delighted with the speed of delivery and the products in the box
