  Mirror arrived shattered. The packaging was very bad, using thin pieces of styrofoam and very little padding. I requested for a refund but seller offered to send me a replacement piece within next few days. However after one week still no updates I had to chased him and then he casually mentioned that he would just provide a refund instead. No issues with my refund though. Seller is not reliable; I would not recommend buying from them.

  Purchased these at a good price and they arrived in good condition and as shown, save for a minor colour difference on the strap, unfortunatly they didn't fit me. The seller responded to my refund request promptly and offered me a touch under half the price as a refund and left the items with me.

  Er ist da, sieht gut aus, trotz Replika. Negativ war die Auslieferung:Zeitraum, es hat länger gedauert (ist aber völlig ok gewesen). Aber der Karton war total verbeult, das Produkt nahm aber keinen Schaden und das Lieferunternehmen schrieb,, dass sie da gewesen seien und niemanden antrafen und es ausgelieftert hätten, was klsr gelogen war, weil sie es am ende (5 Tage später) in den postkasten warfen. Ich habe aber überall gesucht und das Unternehmen kontaktiert, weil ich dachte, es sei weg.

  Ok, so first I would have to say don't expect the item in the picture. I received a very inferior version, with some upholstery tacks not rivets and washers. However, the item arrived really quickly from India and the seller was quick to respond to my complaint and to offer apologies and a partial refund - plus I got to keep the boss (for what it's worth, it's not very impressive). So, caveat emptor, as they say and check out the attached picture....

  Slightly different than the photos as lighter in colour and the compass lettering is white rather than gold. But still a very nice product at a competitive price. I have used for a few walking stick tops as great service. Dispatched next day and very well packaged etc.Happy to recommend/buy from again
