  I ordered a jacket from this seller three weeks ago and had a message saying it had been posted, after 2 weeks the tracking still said the courier had not received the package. I messaged the seller asking where it was but got no reply so I opened a case with eBay, a week later the seller contacted me to say he couldn't find the item and offered a lesser spec jacket instead. I did not want that so I him to send me one of the 3 original jackets he had in stock. No reply! eBay refunded me.
