  Was contacted by the seller who was really helpful and offered some refund for the inconvenience, which was kind. They have said they will get in touch with the wharehouse to report the issue I've had. This has been a really nice gesture as sometimes items just aren't right through no fault of the seller and I appreciate them going to lengths to see the situation right.
