I have major problems with them getting deliveries, I finally got the item, after a few emails from the seller they offered me £1 refund, for false advertising its clearly states ROYAL MAIL.

Item description was not clear and I thought I was getting 41 traps but it is actually only 20 with 20 twist ties and a small plastic shovel making 41 pieces. Seller offered full refund so fair play, seem like a fair company. Thanks
