    Took 13 days from order to delivery. Listing says 'Feliway' however, there is no mention of Feliway on the packaging,no internal instructions and no manufacturing company contact details. Will try rather than return it and all the faff that goes with returns, but would go for guaranteed genuine product in future.

    Very slow delivery and when item finally turned up it was broken. Contacted seller asking for a replacement to get a message back saying how about a £2 refund instead. Messaged again saying no send a replacement to get a second message back offering £5 refund. What part of I want a replacement item not a partial refund doesn't this seller get. Told them if you won't send a replacement then give me a full refund. Don't waste your time or money buying from this seller. eBay case will now be opened
