I contacted seller who responded immediately, he assured me that they were checked before dispatching them but offered me a couple of options to sort it out. I’d already ordered some more from elsewhere by this time so opted for a refund. This was done pretty much immediately. I think this seller’s response and customer service/support was second to none and therefore would highly recommend!
