Dear Customer, we have called and explained the situation and have immediately refunded the money via ebay. The packaging was misplaced in transit by royal mail which is completely out of our control. however, in good faith, we have refunded the money but we dont appreciate you are calling as Thieves which is not appropriate. The ebay policy is, if you did not receive any item, you can simply ask ebay to step in and get refund from seller. thanks

The box received was sealed properly but the seller put a ripped bag of rice inside the box , which had overall 4 5kg bags inside the box
Not fair if a bag is pipped to still send it to a customer
You may contact them as this was not a very sensible move from the seller. Not impressed!!!!

Hello . we don't put ripped bag of rice inside as this is not our cup of tea. We are a wholesaler and we check everything before dispatch. As you said the box were sealed properly, there could be a possibility during courier handling things gone wrong which needs to checked. could you please send me picture for further verification. thanks for your help.
