    Customer service was excellent. The package was missing one small ancillary component. The seller arranged to send this part by airmail from China and it arrived with 2 weeks. This meant that I didn't need to send the whole thing back for a refund, so I was still able to use the laser level in the meantime. The laser level works extremely well, was as described and I have found it to be surprisingly accurate, to within a few mm over 8m or so. Recommended.
