Once outer bag was opened my two lipsticks were not in separate plastic boxes (as in street stores), but it looked like they had been cut from a multi-pack strip, so were protected by shrink wrap except for where it had been cut, which was much better than no cover at all. Main positive was the fact that this shade is still available and at affordable price. It is my favourite every day shade but very hard to find...
