    They made the entire process very easy for me - the item arrived, very quickly, almost as described, but missing the mirror lens. I messaged them the problem, they rapidly replied, got one sent out and now it just needs a few coats of paint to look factory fresh (and I'd like to emphasize that any delays were my fault by not checking messages - I'm almost glad it happened because their customer service and swift responses are exceptional).

    Great service from the staff. Item unfortunately arrived damaged, probably in transit. I made one quick phone call, ultimate styling answered straight away and asked to send photos of said damaged item, I did so. Within a couple of hours I had a reply saying they were sending a new one out asap. Within an hour of that I had shipping information saying my parcel had been dispatched. Overall a great service, good price and looks a good quality product, despite being damaged.

    It's only when things go wrong that you find out how good a seller is. The carrier, Evri, cocked up the delivery. They said they had damaged the item beyond repair, really! and said I should contact the seller which I did. I received a replacement 24 hours later via DPD. My thanks to the seller for great after sales service. P.S. The part was 1st class quality and excellent value.
