The packaging was excellent and the product arrived as shown, however there were some damages during shipping, all of which seem to be fixable. Umataro did do a partial refund to cover some of the damages which I accepted, although he did also offer a full refund if I wanted it! He provided excellent communication over the entire journey and was very helpful. A+++ seller, definitely will buy from again.

All the parts were wrapped neatly in bubble wrap and then all items wrapped together in bigger bubble wrap and boxed. The best packing I have ever seen. The items, (3DO), which is a game console from the 90s is in amazing shape and looks like it's brand new. All items are very clean and look like they had never been used let alone an item from 30 years ago. I am very happy with my purchase, excellent seller AAA+.
