    I sincerely apologise for the incovenience caused. I’m glad to hear that you’ve finally received the item. As soon as the issue was reported, I immediately contacted the relevant department at Parcel Force and have been in constant communication with them via phone and email since you brought it to my attention. I even arranged for them to contact you directly and informed them that it wasn’t your kitchen, as you were willing to send images to clarify the situation.
