  I had ordered two hanging birdfeeders. Both were packed well and arrived in perfect condition except that one was missing some parts. Unbeatable sales reacted quickly to the issue immediately sending me a return label. Their customer service department is excellent. The hanging birdfeeder as well built, and should last for years. Couldn’t ask more from a seller or a manufacturer.

  Fragile item arrived very well packaged. The delivery was timely. I think Unbeatable Sales did an outstanding job. The transaction did not require any communication with Unbeatable Sales. **I did attempt to contact Unbeatable Sales several times prior to purchase to answer some questions, however, no one answered at the indicated phone. The end result was still outstanding service from Unbeatable Sales.

  When the package arrived, I saw that it was missing the step anchors that were shown in the diagram. When I contacted the seller, he promptly refunded my money and apologized for the incorrect ad. I would buy again from this seller.

  Good seller. The Fireplace cap got banged up in shipping. I needed to take the top cap off and bang it into shape with a hammer. Not the seller's fault but some bubble wrap inside the package might mitigate Fed Ex's rough handling. No one besides the birds and the satellites will ever see the dents or the hammering out of said dents. I recommend this seller for price and fast shipping.
