I was unsure how much underlay and gripper rods I needed so I phoned them and they went through everything, even gave me the item numbers so I could find them easier.     Happy with the underlay. Absolute nightmare with parcel force delivery said they attempted to deliver but address was wrong. I phoned parcel force and the driver didn't even attempt to deliver they checked his GPS. Had to delay fitting carpets for 2 days as they sent it out the next day but instead of arriving by 10am it arrived at nearer 3pm. Not the companies fault at all just the rubbish British mail service
